Shilpa Shirodkar is an Indian actress and model who enjoyed a period of popularity in the 1990s. She is the sister of actress Namrata Shirodkar. She is grand-daughter of the famous Marathi actress Meenakshi Shirodkar, who starred in Marathi film Brahmachari (1930s).

Shilpa Shirodkar has appeared in successful films such as Kishen Kanhaiya (1990), Hum (1991), Aankhen (1993) and the critically acclaimed Mrityudand (1997). She quit acting after her marriage like her sister Namrata. Her last film appearance was in the 2000 film Gaja Gamini. In her short film career she did not get enough opportunity to showcase her talents and was stuck with roles which provided glamour to the films.
